I don't think it's a good idea to lead the player to level 0 if he don't read the message.
The level currently looks pretty generic, i.e. similar to the original SMW levels. If you plan to make something weirder, "wtf" and all, I suggest you start mixing the sprite graphics and usage of other graphics elements create a new atmosphere that remembers the area 51 (or well, at least what we think it is!!!) -- and don't forget to try bringing some fun sprite combination so your level can have some role, an unique idea that might makes it score well.
