Map of the Mushroom Kingdom
Samus/Crono/Solaire:
The trio swim up to the surface and walk back to the shores of Blubble Lake, near Shy Guy Jungle. Crono and Solaire are gasping for air and are coughing out the salt water they swallowed accidentally while trying not to drown. Samus regains her full speed on land. The three then walk on back to Rose Town to report their sightings for Craft T. They don't run into any monsters along the way, since they recently cleared the area out, so walking back to Rose Town is a breeze.
The three try to remember which house belongs to the green nerdy toad, and eventually they find his house, knocking on the door. Craft T. answers it and sees Solaire.
"Oh ho, welcome back, ma'am! ...And I see you brought some friends. So, did you find that mermaid I saw in the ocean near here?"
Solaire shows Craft T. the scale she found.
"...Wh...What is this? Why, there's no mistaking it! It's...a mermaid's scale! It's soooo pretty...This is evidence that will get me closer to proving that mermaids truly do exist! Thank you, kind woman, for helping me out with my research! Here, to show my thanks, take these in return."
Craft T. walks up to...somewhere while the three wait for him. Rattling can be heard, and a minute later, he returns with 62 Coins and a ring with a purple gem encrusted on it.
"It's not much, but you can keep a bit of my money, and that ring as a keepsake. You know, to remind you of me. Who knows, perhaps our paths will cross again in the future? Thanks again, kind otherworldly people!"
Craft T. closes the door, leaving Crono, Solaire, and Samus outside his front door with the stuff they gave him.
