Dragon Coins or Yoshi Coins?
Joshua Coins
Yoshi Coins. I never understood why they are oficially called Dragon Coins.
The only correct answer is "horse coins".
I usually call them Dragon Coins.
Yoshi Coins / Large Coins
the correct grammar is sacrifice coins
I usually just refer to them by whatever pops into my head first at the moment I run into them. Be it dragon coin, yoshi coin, horse coin, raocoin, vipcoin, 5er, big coin and so on.

Call them Yoshi-gons
OR
Gon-shi's
OR
Gon-shi's
Straight from the manual, Dragon Coins.
I usually just call them "Yoshi Coins". I am aware that Yoshi is a dragon-esque creature but the name just feels off for me as it's based on Yoshi himself, not any dragon.
Well, if it's a dragon, then what dragon? So I think it's a Yoshi Coin...

I know they are defined as Dragon Coins, but I call them Yoshi Coins because it's easier to remember.

Dragon Coins.
it is the same thing as ''feather / cape'' and ''goomba / galoomba''. whatever.
Yoshi coins, because you can actually see yoshi on the coin. Also I think Yoshi looks more like a dinosaur than a dragon.
I don’t really care what I call them either. They’re basically just big coins that gives you a 1-up when you collect 5 of them.
