Echo Buffer Exceeded ARAM

Here is the issue:

Trying to insert the song: Secret of Mana - Prophecy by Carol. It is unsampled. How can I fix that? Thanks!
This means that you don't have enough ARAM space to cover the song echo. To fix it, either:

a) Reduce the echo's delay (first value after a $F1 command, usually somewhere at the start of a song). This is the recommended fix. AFAIK originals never exceed $04 or so, but in my experience values up to $0C are safe to use with default global songs

b) Remove some of the global songs to free up some ARAM space. Probably not practical in 99,9% of cases.

So I have to modify the .txt? In that case, where would be that value?
I don't know so much about those values, so sorry for the inconvenience.
I really wondered what the song required more ARAM than the SNES usually has multiple times. But then again, the issue is like most echo buffer issues: Reduce the echo buffer. Ramon's post explained it pretty well:

For that matter, that's
That's the $FD in "$F1 $FD $63 $01"
.
It worked! Thanks Ramon and MFG for your help!
