tried everything, still can't get levels to appear after event (yes, i made a thread like this before)

after doing everything i could (including copying the exact tiles from the original game), i still cant get levels tiles to appear without map refresh. if somebody could help i would really appreciate it.
If you could learn and remember that screenshots are incredibly helpful in these, it'd be great. Because right now there is just nothing to work off of.
Clearly, if you've made a thread about this before, and people have provided their numerous answers and still nothing works, either you're not following directions correctly, or due to the fact that we can't physically see the issue, the help we are providing is misleading you.

Your mistake is that you use the layer 1 event editor instead of using the reveal property from the level tile setting. Layer 1 event tiles only are placed as silent events (no animation, only appear when changing the map). Instead, you have to reveal the level tile by #lm{owlevel}. You'll see a list of events at the bottom. Just click on the event which the previous level should appear and it should fix your issue.
@LethalBrownies
Press f2 or View > Show Event Numbers and check to see what event the level not appearing is set to. It's possible that you have it set to happen too late.

You need to make sure the next level's event number matches the level before's activate event number.

This should be the solution to your problem
