I like your instrument choices and vibrato, but a few things need some attention:
First, it's a minor thing but the last note of #0, #1, #2, #4 and #6 should be half notes. In other words they should have 2 at the end, not 1. This will be more accurate to the original. Not a reject reason, just anitpicky thing.
On #4 there is a problem. I think you tried to use the h command to fix transposed notes. I'm not exactly sure why but seeing as it doesn't change insert size, it doesn't really hurt anything. The real issue is that h3 does not produce the correct notes. Furthermore the notes you're using are not the correct intervals, so using h to fix an odd transpose error wont' help you here. I'd recommend starting over with that channel.

This is a less noticeable one, but on #6 and #7, the volume is a little quieter than I think it should be, and the notes need to be corrected as they have some mild clashing with each other and the rest of the song. If you want to improve accuracy further, you can emulate some of the mixing of the original. It sounds like #6 plays a strings line with surround turned on, and #7 plays the same strings line a few ticks later but it's interrupted by a cool repeating swooping sine wave noise, which you could emulate with the @0 or @13 sample if you wanted. You don't have to, though. Fixing the notes/volumes is more important.
Good luck!
Make more of less, that way you won't make less of more!
