This port is almost there, but it has a few issues that prevent me from accepting it. Ordinarily I'd send a DM suggesting these fixes instead, but seeing as you are on hiatus for a while, we don't want to leave this port waiting in the queue for too long.

The biggest thing I notice is that the organs are way too loud and drown out a good part of the port. The SiIva rip has the organs much quieter as a background melody, and while the original Hill Top does have them a bit louder, it's still too loud in this port. My personal recommendation would be to stick to the SiIva rip mixing, as it suits the YI instruments better. There's other, smaller details about mixing as well. The low horns on #2 around 0:25 should be a bit louder,

There's also a few other details that are off. For example, the pitch bend around 0:22 on #1 when the fiddle (?) starts is missing, and the long, sustained notes on #1 around 0:29 and 0:38 should have vibrato on it.

Finally, there are some optimization fixes that should be made.

Instead of doing this for volume fades, use the $E8 command. Not only is it more efficient, but it takes less space and makes the .txt cleaner as well.

There's also a few loops missing around the end of channels #3 and #4, both for the single notes and the repeated instances of notes looking like arargr8^.

The macros on channel #5 also unnecessarily inflate the insert size by calling redundant v and @ commands whenever you have two j or k in a row.

Fixing these things up should make it ready to go.

One last note, there's a new guideline on naming high-quality rips. While there's no fault involved here considering this rip was submitted before the guideline was publicized, it still feels appropriate to bring it up now.

6. Please title SiivaGunner rips appropriately. While it may be unfun to spoil a joke by titling it as such, it's even less fun to try and find a certain song only to be deceived in it being a completely different song. Consider your fellow user when uploading titles taken straight from SiivaGunner videos.

In this case, the song should be labeled as Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - Hill Top Zone and then marked as Remix.
