How do I allow mario to move from one map to another in the Overworld Editor?

I want to make it to where Mario can go from Yoshi's Island to the Forest of Illusion.
You could use the red-looking path in the 16x16 tile selector #lm{ow16xsel} or a pipe/star tile. You can find how to link them in the FAQ of the site (check "How do I link Star and Pipe Overworld tiles?") or the help file of Lunar Magic.
I managed to get mario to another area however, when he enters the area he goes off the path (the green trail) and goes to a different part of the map. In this case it's About a square or 2 away from where I want him to be (the yellow dot to the left of him). Does anyone know how to fix this? Side note: When He first walked into the area he was walking a little to the right of the first curve. https://imgur.com/a/8TWyjMA

It probably means that there is a portion of your path that isn't aligned correctly. Can you upload an image with your path tiles? Someone might be able to see where the path is misaligned.

Could it be due to your incorrect "Side to Enter FIRST tile from" setting? If it is set to Left though, then maybe there are paths in your previous overworld that caused the misalignment.

Thank you so much! I managed to fix the problem. I had the "Side to Enter FIRST tile from" set to right. I changed it to left and it is now fixed.
