Though I'm sure that there is an official archive of the BLDC submissions, I do also know of a website that archives a variety of SMW hacks called 'SMWdb'. Formerly called 'SMW Serve Game', it is managed by a SMWCentral user named '
Zandro', and contains an impressively large catalog of SMW hacks from various areas of the internet. The hacks are organized by their type, so the BLDC submission entries would be found under the '
Contests' section of the site. I do want to note that there is no search option on this site, so you will need to look through the hacks to find what you are looking for. The site organizes hacks in alphabetical order, though, so it shouldn't be too hard to find the BLDC entires.
If you want to check it out, I'll put a link to the database below:

You can also check out
Zandro's user profile to get to the site. Anyways, I wish you good luck in finding the submissions. I hope you have a good day, and I'll see you later.
Adios!
