VLDC8 & VLDC9 No Longer Working

VLDC8 and VLDC9 no longer work in bsnes using v115. This is due to increased accuracy of the SA-1 chip since VLDC8 and VLDC9 were uploaded. This also means that they don't work on the original hardware (not counting SD2SNES as accurate when it comes to doing SA-1). Trying to open them in Lunar Magic doesn't work because they're restricted and locked by the author. Is there any way that this can be rectified?

Just use snes9x (newest version). I use it for all the hacks and it works perfectly fine.

My hacks:
Bowser's Castle (finished)
Bowser's Castle 2 (finished)
Super Mario World - Mushroom Revolution (Work in progress)
Layout by Koopster
OR use bsnes-classic or bsnes-plus, which those versions can handle VLDC8 & VLDC9 just fine instead of using byuu's recent normal bsnes versions
using old emulators is not an excuse, these hacks still need to be updated to comply with the newer emulators.
Currently working on:
Super Kekcroc World 4 (lol jk)

and who has the commitment to actually update these hacks since these were made by the SMWC staff? these two collab hacks were not easy to make you know.

I have no problems playing these games with either snes9x 1.60 (or latest snes9x git nightly build) or bsnes plus v05.

maybe ask byuu to update his bsnes & higan emulators to add a special compatibility feature for VLDC8 & VLDC9

edit - the VLDC9 issue with recent bsnes versions has been reported here on github in April 2020:
