To be blunt, there's a lot that doesn't really work with this port.

First, most of the note lengths are wrong, including the last notes of each channel, which should trail on for much longer rather than cut out abruptly.

In the comments, you mention using TinyMM. That program is actually outdated and you should be using PetiteMM instead. But for a song this short, it might be better to just type out the MML directly based on the MIDI instead of using a converter. Listening to the MIDI you linked, the note lengths sound wrong there as well.

The choice of instruments isn't the best either, since it sounds very harsh, compared to the more dreamy feel of the original. @9 doesn't work here because it's too harsh. @13, @1 (which is basically the same as @11), and @3 work better, but they'd need ADSR to sound better. As well, your choice of octaves isn't correct either, I think most if not all the channels are too high.

Finally, while you typically shouldn't have the same channel playing the same notes (unless you're stacking instruments for an effect), you should label loop the repeating patterns to save space. It doesn't make a huge difference for a port this small, but it's still good practice.
