There's a few issues with this BRR submission that prevent me from accepting it.

First, owing to its fairly long length requiring heavy downsampling, the quality of the BRR is just not that great. There's some very noticeable static that greatly diminishes the enjoyability and usability of this sample.

Second, the sample is tuned too high. This is simply a question of lowering the tuning until it sounds correct.

Third, your !patterns.txt file is incorrect because it's missing the three extra parameters that BRR Player requires compared to #instruments. In fact, trying to open the .brr throws an error unless you get rid of !patterns.txt.

Fourth, there isn't really a need to have all 8 channels playing the sample in the MML. It just amplifies the volume. There also isn't a need for legato or a loop command. These aren't rejection reasons per se, but it's good practice to have clean MML even for BRR submissions.

Overall, though, I just don't think it's a great idea to condense an entire jingle like this into a BRR sample. They end up with a huge size for not-so-great quality given their length. I think you'd be better off porting the startup sound from scratch, honestly.
