How to edit the Welcome Screen in SMW with Lunar Magic?

Hello,

I am pretty new to romhacking.

The Welcome Screen after the title screen, where there is said: "Welcome! This is Dinosaur Land. In this strange land we find that Princess Toadstool is missing again! Looks like Bowser is at it again!"

As far as is know in Lunar Magic the levels have numbers. Which number does this "level" has?

How do I edit it or delete it or put it at another location?

Thank you in advance!
The level number in question is C5. You can edit it just like any other level in SMW. You can also save it as a different level. By putting it in another location, you can't directly dictate which level will act as the intro level within LM as far as the behavior for the message box is concerned. Is that what you mean?

Also, by deleting it, do you wanna make it so that exiting the title screen will directly take you to the overworld? If so, copy-paste this simple hex edit in a blank .txt file, rename the extension to .asm and patch it with Asar:

Code
db $00 : org $009CB1

Yes, thank you. That is, what I was looking for.

But how do I display the text in Lunar Magic?
If I open the level, there is no text.

Thank you in advance.

Go to the overworld editor (#lm{ow} button) and then click the #lm{owmsg} button. You will find the message under '000-1' and be able to freely edit it.
