Visible edge on Overworld

Edit: My pictures are way to big sorry for that I hope this is okay if not please write me and I will delete it :D
Hey, I wanted to make the overworld more visible by deleting the layer 3 submap tiles on the left and on the right side of the screen. My problem is, that when I do that, there is a visible one-pixel edge of something on the left (Yoshis Island Submap):

I tried then to add the "one-pixel frame" which is also used in vanilla as a border of the overworld screen so that this one-pixel edge is not visible anymore, but then there is still a problem with the animation when going into a level:

Because that animation "sucks" the edges of the screen into the middle of the screen a little bit, the ugly edge will get visible for that short time again when the animation plays.

So, what is causing that ugly edge and is there a way to fix this?

Regards

The submap is only so big, and may show miscellaneous tiles if the border is removed. To fix this, you can use the Widescreen OW patch.
