I'm rejecting this update due to the fact it does not addresses some issues from the old rip. First, this background is not simple Toy Block Tower. It's used in an underground section escape sequence from Toy Block Tower. So, when resubmitting, make sure to change the title.

EDIT: I still suggest changing the title.

Second thing, there's some weird dark tiles in the background which doesn't match anything in the original game. I don't see any of these dark tiles. You can easily correct this by editing cleverly the map 16, background and sample level. It's really that simple.

EDIT:Mistake of mine, these tiles are indeed used. Still, I keep some criticism I have. Based on observation.

Now for some criticism, since I have been noticing that your updates have been varying a lot in quality.

With rips, if you're going to update them, make sure to look for inaccuracies and fix them. Always proofcheck the updates you send to the Graphics Section. A lot of times Ayami pointed simple mistakes that you have made in various rips. Things that could be corrected if you're cautious and check everything properly. Always check stuff before sending. No need to rush.

Also, a small criticism of mine, but, please don't submit updates without mentioning what has changed. Use the submission notes. Even if it's a simple update, like adding palmask, map 16 update, please inform us, so the moderation process can go smoother.

EDIT: Please resubmit, but change the title, since the stage has another background.
