Camstudio lossless codec in Windows 11?

So I wanted to start dumping Snes9X footage in HD/60 fps. I've read the resource page on tasvideos.org and it told me that Camstudio lossless codec was a popular choice. I can find the file on my PC and all you have to do is go to
Code
C:\Windows\SysWOW64

and search for camcodec.dll.

However, the problem is that the new codec won't show up on the list in my Snes9x's AVI Recording function. Couldn't find it in System Information, either. What to do, then?
