Description: This is a No Sprite Tile Limits patch for non-normal sprites (extended sprites, cluster sprites, smoke images, bounce sprites, etc.), most of which use OAM addresses $02xx instead of $03xx. It makes said sprites use the first free slot instead of having hardcoded slots.

Reason of removal:
It seems as though cluster sprites are not very fond of this patch - just the kind of sprites this patch should have a positive effect on.



These should be reappearing ghosts...



...and this should be a Boo ring...



...and that there should be a ghost ceiling...

...but each time I see only one ghost where there should be 10 (Boo ring) or 20 (reappearing ghosts/ghost ceiling). I get this bug after applying this patch.

Please fix this.
