3030Kaizo

Kaizo

This is a hack I have been working on for two years, because when I made this hack for the first time, I was not AT ALL experienced with Lunar Magic, but now I am more experienced, and I made this. It is called 3030kaizo because when I made this hack, I was still using an old account here I don't use anymore. Here are a couple of screen shots from the game!

And I'm REALLY sorry if the pictures don't show up or look weird, but hey, I don't spend much time with PHOTOS!

Here is the link to the game (It's in a .zip file and inside is an .ips , don't worry) if you want to play it:

I know the munchers are floating and all that, but if I make the munchers upside down and make them the correct looking way, I go forward a lvl in LM and come back to the same level and it appears glitched, so please don't message or PM me about stupid comments or questions like "Hey, munchers can't be stacked", or "Hey! If you're not able to fix it then just don't submit hacks to here!"
Alright from the images I can see, you are blatantly ripping of kaizo.

In the first screenshot, there are perspective errors in the overworld, which isn't too bad, I'd just like to point that out.

In screenshot 2, the stacked bullet bill cannons create about 2 pixel cutoff. You probably won't care, but I'm pointing it out.

In screen 3, This is almost exactly like the bullet jumping segment from kaizo mario.

In screen four, you can probably guess what I'm going to say.

Also you aren't flipping the munchers correctly thats why. When you flip a muncher upsidedown, and then put it into the level, you have to remember to click on the 16x16 editor and then press F9 to save map16 data.

Other than that, this hack doesn't look too good, as it rips off Kaizo from the screenshot. You could try making more levels and see how that works out.

I couldn't agree more. Seriously, go to the Documents section (I believe) and find an easy but in-depth tutorial on how to use the 16x16 editor (Might make one myself if there isn't one there, or if it's too bland =P)

Why is this page so stretched? Don't tell me its because of someone's layout...

Along with whats been mentioned, there's also a bit of cutoff on the top edge of the overworld island. There's a few brown pixels in the spaces when it should be blue, the color of the water below.

A few more screenshots would also be nice.

Dunno why it's stretching, but I agree that a lot of screens would be nicer. Maybe it's my layout that is stretching the tables, but I don't have such a problem like that, ever. :P
How enjoyable - a repetitive, uncreative, dull and impossible* level. Did you even bother to play it yourself? I claim you haven't tried it.

*Note: this level is possible. There is what I believe to be a design flaw in the section right after the pipe. This section can still be finished if you bring a POW and a shell, but doing to would require Frame-Advance like skills (it's hard enough to bring the POW without needing to carry an extra item, let alone with it). Also this seems unintended.
Of course you should fight fire with fire, you should fight everything with fire.

Oooh look at my userbar!

I agree with all three of these statements/ questions.
(Maybe it's because of our web browsers)

Anyways, from what people of said, there seems to be alot to improve on and I think they have caught everything anyways so I don't have much to say here... (more or less wondering about the extreme stretch)

(sigh)

Just because floating munchers seem like an obvious no-no to us doesn't mean everbody who hacks realizes it's not exactly a good thing.

Edit: I am a dork.
Good fucking bye.

I wasn't pointing out the floating/stacked munchers at all. I was saying how close it was to the original kaizo.

This hack looks like you just edited Kaizo Mario (I'm saying about the screens)
Bump again, PM sent as a reminder.
