Tip: Layer 3 backgrounds and tides disappear when you hit a message box, so plan your level around that. For example, you can add a sublevel without layer 3 at the start/midpoint, and include your message there.

- All the sample levels are using ExGFX files that don't exist in the submission which itself already warrants rejection. Sample levels must include ONLY the graphics files that are being used for the submission.
- Also custom .pal MUST include a .palmask as well which can be generated through Lunar Magic with the Palette Editor.

Not a reason for rejection, but please do NOT change the names of ExGFX/GFX files when submitting them. Leave ExGFX82 as ExGFX82, don't rename it to ExGFX82 (BG2). It wastes unnecessary time having to rename files when testing submissions, and for people who download the graphics. Also, please make sure the map16 is efficient and aren't placed in random places. Please make the tiles start at the first tile of the page they are on.
