I don't have anything to show on this C3, unfortunately... :(
But I arranged one of my favorite tunes from GB.
Enjoy! :)

(Video ver.)

('Info.txt' contains random infos about this song, btw.)

I will upload more songs here when I able to finish these!
(But not 100% guaranteed...)
This is pretty neat, and fitting in 39 samples without sacrificing any vanilla ones is impressive! I've loved this song ever since I heard this port of it in Something Else, and it's really nice to see it get some love, and for a 7-minute arrangement too! My only comments would be that the song sounds slightly empty at parts because of the sample choices, with not enough bassy samples to compensate for the high-pitched lead and choir in parts. That being said, that's just my own personal preference, and this is still solid without that. The parts with the background melody (I think it's a charang and/or sawtooth-type thing? I'm listening on the site SPC player and I can't rewind) going down and up make up for it. The arrangement also manages to keep itself pretty fresh, especially for a song that's initially super simple and repetitive. It's a bop!
Thanks, bebn legg! :)
Considering this is my actual first arrangement I done, Glad you like my take well!
I agree that sample choices can feel slightly weak for some peoples actually... :p (I think it's because I focused more icy-themed(and fast paced) extended remix at the end, when this was originally started as simple remix with only dkc1-2 samples with some extras while keep same tempo as original, hehe)
Totally wonderful for your first arrangement, crm0622! I like where this arrangement goes for 7 minutes. Sounds really fresh and uses DKC1/2 samples very well!

I don't know how you even fit 39 samples without any sacrifices! My, I wonder what the size of the MML is and what games besides DKC1/2 you took all the samples from?

Ayy! Glad you like my arrange, AnasMario130. :)
It tooks 0x29EC bytes actually! (Surprised myself, considering most melodies repeats same patterns several times in original... maybe due to length, or adding extra stuffs and not-so-good optimization?)
Also, I used 'Kirby's Dream Land 3' bell pad sample and 'Streets of Rage 2' snare percussion for kick besides dkc1/2 samples. :P
sounds good, but maybe 7 minutes is overkill.
Maybe I went way too overboard at the end somehow, hehe...
I'm glad you liked my arrange RussianMan, btw! :)
