This is being submitted as an update to completely different graphics, even if you are the author of both. Updates are meant to ONLY be submitted on graphics which are the same.
Also, you have exanimation to setup the bounce sprite in GFX00 which is unacceptable as the user would need to set that up every level or in global exanimation. Please submit a GFX00 replacement that contains the static brick bounce sprite and keep this in mind for future updates. Anytime a bounce sprite needs a replacement, you need to make it a GFX or ExGFX file as it is the most accessible and easily imported way to do it (this goes for things like used blocks, transparent block bounce sprite, on/off bounce sprite, etc). Sprite changes must be submitted as sprite GFX/ExGFX files.
Also you are using 2 exanimation slots for bricks which can just be palette swapped in the map16 editor, wasting exanimation space. Different blocks can use the same exanimation, just change their palette and Acts Like settings.
