Good for icy water or night levels.

Not exactly a 1:1 port but it sounds very good nonetheless! However that's not the problem here, it's the optimization. While the song's insert size is not really big, there were so many instances of sections you could've easily optimized that I couldn't let it pass. Pretty much all of them can be fixed with label loops, by the way. Here's a few examples:

Channel #0:

Channel #1:

Hopefully you can see the pattern by now. Channels #2 and #4 in particular have a lot of instances like these, so take a closer look at them.

While we're at it, I'll give a bit of feedback:
- while it looks like you're using actual echo for channel #1 after 0:16 (pretty clever), I'd still suggest you just use an echo channel, as the delay in the original is much longer than what you can achieve with simple echo (and using one of the sfx channels for echo is not really a problem).
- try using $F4 $01 in all channels except the bass and drums ones, this may help the song sound as smooth as in the original.
- it's fairly loud in game, I'd lower the global volume to w140.
- good job with the drums!

That should be all. Good luck. :P
