There's a possibility that the site is wrongly keeping track of the users who submitted a submission. Neither Tob or K.T.B. recall these submissions being submitted by them, even though upon file rejection their names were mentioned as being the actual submitters (see thread titles):

https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=viewthread&t=100518
https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=viewthread&t=100594

Worth noting that both Tob and K.T.B. came to know about those through site alerts.
Maybe they actually submitted them during last graphics remoderation though? That, or the site just fucked up somewhere when (or after) that remoderation happened. As far as I remember, years ago both submitters and authors were listed in submission listing, but I don't remember if that was still a thing when the last graphics remoderation happened, or if another big change happened after it.
It's true that I did submit a bunch of graphics files during the remoderation, but I'm preeeeetty confident that all the ones I did were foreground and background graphics, simply because I don't know how player graphic files work.

That second thread didn't have the "Submitted by K.T.B." in the title when I first got the alert, by the way. Which is part of why it surprised me to get the notification, since at first glance there was nothing about the thread that seemed to connect me to the submission.
Both the thread titles and the notifications for rejected files are based on the submitter listed in the database. I've checked and those two files were originally submitted by Tob and K.T.B. I think it's more likely you forgot you uploaded them. Even if it was a bug 4 years ago, I can't see anything that would cause it today.
I got notified as well about remoderated files, and I think that's a little silly. I don't even own the files otherwise, so it seems silly that the 22 files I fixed 4 years ago now has the potential of getting in my alerts box along with the stuff I do own just because I was the one who submitted them. It doesn't help that I have files I'm currently waiting for, so seeing that notification only to be greeted with this rubbed me the wrong way.

So yeah, please sort this out.

Tob submitted the Sailor Moon rip on my behalf because I was banned at the time, that's most likely why he got notified.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but as I've said in my previous post, there's nothing here to sort out. Notifications are sent to the original submitter, which is working as intended. Sending notifications to the listed authors would cause a similar issue for those who've updated someone else's submissions.
It becomes even more noticable if you consider that the original author has gone inactive (or don't care for their resource) and someone else provides an update to the resource. That's why it usually makes sense for the submitter to get a notification, at least until it passed moderation (at which point it usually doesn't matter). The latter should be easy to implement, shouldn't it?

Okay, my layout looks ugly.
