Fizz all the way. I've gotten used to tap water lately (used to strongly dislike it), but if I can get my hands on sparkling water I always choose that instead. Which is apparently an unpopular opinion overseas?
I do like carbonated drinks, though one thing I dislike about them is that I usually get hiccups pretty much immediately when I drink them. Especially when I have food with them. Don't know if I'm the only one affected by that, but it happens pretty consistently for me.
I used to drink soda on a regular basis but I gained so much weight from it over the span of about 2 years, like 10-15kg. I realized what I loved was bubbles in general so I switched to sparkling water. Perrier and San Pellegrino are my go to for bubbles now. Since I classify the tap water in southern California as toxic waste, I buy the big 5 USGal jugs a lot for our water cooler.
-------------------- On Pixel Art Requests: I generally do not accept free work unless I either have the time, if I see your project worth my time to contribute towards, and that is usually me doing the approaching to you on that second part. I do not accept speculative work as I do have various art I made on-hand with me. I am more receptive to paid work and equivalent exchange of resources (trades) in which case, you can DM me wherever I have an active presence on for the details and we can work something out. If not, then don't DM unless absolutely necessary.
I think that carbonated beverages are great! Among the slew of them, Pepsi and root beer are my favorites. I used to really like Canada Dry ginger ale too, but I feel like it's become much more carbonated than it has been in the last several years, making it at least tolerable for me to drink. Maybe it's just me though? People around me say that it's always been super bubbly, but I can't seem to recall it being as such in the past.
There was also this Italian soda I had once. I completely forgot the brand name of it, but it was hands down the sweetest carbonated beverage I've ever had. I hope to cross paths with this long-lost refreshment sometime again, but for now, it will just remain as nothing more than a delicious memory.
