Rejecting due to the functionality already being handled by the Switch Pack blocks with more customizability to the functionality.
An additional minor issue is that both acts-like settings are handled within the block code itself, rather than allowing one to be handled via the Map16 editor. This would have allowed you to merge both the hurt and solid block sets into a single code, by just letting the actual acts-like setting handle which to use.
