Rejecting based mainly on the fact that the same functionality is also provided by the Power Up Blocks set.
There are also a few issues with the code. First, it largely contains repeated code (a simple STZ $19 would suffice in place of the repeated comparisons). Also, flying with the cape into these blocks results in Mario entering a glitched flight state (you should clear $1407 to fix this).
