I'm gonna list the core values that this hacks breaks:

- The hack has enough time of gameplay per single run (generally, a hack of 2 short levels is not enough, though story and cutscenes will be taken into account)
- Levels are distinguishable from one another in design quality
- No sudden damage from unpredictable events, with the exception of Kaizo hacks
- Clean use of graphics (e.g. avoiding 'cutoff', 'glitched sprites', and 'background garbage')

The fact that it is so short, makes the errors in it weight even more on the decision of the rejection. Keep in mind that making a good hack takes time and practice. Please make sure that your hack actually adheres to all the submission rules before submitting next time.
Furthermore the second hack also doesn't let you progress because of a broken overworld event. Make sure to also test your hacks before submitting as moderators aren't playtesters.
