I'm wondering how you can edit the "Welcome to dinosour land" level. So my question is which level number is it? When you go to the message box icon on the overworld editor, you can see that the level number of the message is 000 but this level is the bonus room....

Unless you've installed the ASM fix to allow you to use the Display Level Message 1 sprite anywhere (by hitting Shift + F8 in LM), it will be 1C5 if Mario starts on a submap.
Chances are, in your case, I'm guessing that's not been installed so you're probably looking for level C5.
