Unfortunately I'm going to have to reject this, as it doesn't follow our palette guidelines. As an update to an older rip it should bring things more in-line with the current standards.



I suggest moving the yellow down here into the back half of 6 or 7. This will free up row 3 for the BG, and allow you to put one of the other FG rows up to 2, re-opening the front half of row 4 for the vanilla ice/note and bullet graphics.

Another small issue to note, it appears that the GFX are set incorrectly in the .mwl file. I swapped it and got the gfx to work. Just catch than when you resubmit and it'll be an easy accept.
