That being said its a really nice visual style and I love the cute little seal sprite!
That and its paired with a fun cool gameplay gimmick.

I always seem to create cute characters mainly cause I think they can make a funny contrast when placed in dangerous surroundings and they just smile like " :3 " as a reaction.

Not in the slightest! Celeste is simply an amazing game all-around, and anything taking inspiration from it is doing at least one thing very right already, if you ask me.
I'll say my main source of inspiration in terms of character movement is The End Is Nigh. I enjoy that game way more than Meat Boy which people sometimes find hard to see my viewpoint.
I will say I do listen to a lot of Lena Raine's music when I am thinking of ideas for this Seal-ly thing.

I totally agree! It has that same simple and cute pureness that Cat Planet has.
Anyways, how about a seal based on a Mega Mole?
I see the Cat Planet simlarities. I've never played it but I have seen footage of it. Mega Mole Seal sounds interesting so I'll give it a go.
