Hello! Welcome to my real C3 thread

Here I will be creating ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS, based on ideas given to me by the people.

1. COOL, BUT HOW DOES IT WORK?
For each day of C3, people will be able to post ideas here for a song,
The ideas can be anything from an original character, a location in a video game, a random image you found on google, etc.
At the end of each day of C3, I'll pick my favorite idea from that day and turn it into an ORIGINAL COMPOSITION
Each person who hasn't been picked previously gets one (1) idea to post in the thread PER DAY, if you've been picked, then that's it, you don't get to post anything else..

In addition, if I like multiple ideas from a day, I may introduce an Extra Song or two (or three? >:]).

Q: Will these songs be ported to Super Mario World?
A: I won't be doing it, but if someone's interested after the songs are done, I would be willing to give out all the note data to make the job easier

Q: Can I use these songs for youtube videos/video games/whatever.
A: Yeah sure, just like, give credit to me, maybe link my youtube or something?

Q: How do I know that you don't suck at music?

Idea - Perhaps a song based on a castle floating in the aether. Should be giving off an empty but subtly dark feeling.

Going with the random image suggestion, I'm curious as to what kind of music can be composed through seeing clouds during a sunset? Aside from that, I must say that the songs you linked to as examples sound really great! I look forward to seeing what you create from the requests in this thread.

What is a Lunar Magic, and can I eat it?

I'm thinking of a forest setting (Not because you talked about the level in my project), mainly desolate, but has a sense of hope intertwined. A clash of two feelings. The sunlight in the image below represents the hope breaking through the bleakness of the situation.

Hello there.
I've been into The Caretaker songs lately. Think old ballroom songs with a lot of delay, reverb, among other adulterations. Since the picture format is preferred for inspiration offers, I'll choose an Ivan Seal painting that is not featured in Caretaker albums (to my knowledge), and see where it goes.. maybe?

Hope it's gonna intrigue you at least.

You're allowed to do it, just keep in mind that the likelihood of getting picked does not increase with the amount of days you suggest the same thing
