Holy, I didn't expect that many replies. #tb{O_O}
Thanks y'all for your kind words and I'm glad you appreciate what I've done here.
I updated the download link with a version where I readjusted the volumes a bit. It's not much, but it should sound a tad better now.

It sounds pretty great to me, though I feel like the treble part could be higher volume?

That's 1 of the volume adjustments I did. Thanks for the feedback! #tb{:]}

I can't even imagine how difficult it is to create a port just by listening to the song.
And for a first try thingy it sound really nice, so good job!

Luckily this song was really short so I simply spammed notes in my txt-file until it sounded right. #tb{^V^} I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to ear-port anything more complex. I appreciate that you passed by and left a comment here NGB #smrpg{<3}

Uh well, I really have no clue where this song comes from, but your port on its own sounds amazing! I'd probably take off the echo from the bass channel and raise the volume of #0 a tad bit though. Other than that I really like this, keep it up!

I didn't change the echo of the bass channel, but I made the #0 a tad louder. Hopefully it sounds better now.

This aside, even if this is just a small loop, it really shows how much you improved in porting so far. I'm very proud of you, and I look forward listening to more and more ports from you in future. #fim{<3}

Thanks my darling! My skills are miles away from yours though! #fim{<3}

While Ersanio ported it before (seems to have disappeared into the void,) you're the first to do a sampled port of it, and by ear, and in that much detail. Nice job sequencing.

Thanks for the compliments. Though this is an unsampled port. I guess it's a good thing though if you thought it'd be sampled, since it proves that my ADSR-ing was worth the time I've put in.

lol, I feel old cause I remember this. ASMT had a chocolate-themed area with this song in one of the castles #smrpg{argh}

This is really good for an ear port! Ersanio would be proud.

This takes me back to when Ersanio, SNN, Hach and Roy would post Chocolate Rain parodies on the IRC.

Nice job on that port! I can't help but think the SMW piano is out of place (for some reason it almost sounds like it's meant to be a joke with how strong it comes across), but as a whole it's really neat, and it even sounds more lush than the original.

(the scary thing is there's people on this site now who weren't born when this was popular)

Lol, this thread made me feel old too, realising that so many people didn't know this meme. At least I'm not the only ol' geezer here #tb{:DD}

Oh, I remember this song when some friends showed it to me, around 2009 - 2010. Even today, a friend of mine loves this music, I mean, non-ironically. Great work with this one. #smrpg{:3}
