Good news guys! I have updated the parallax code so that it can work with just the SNES. The parallax code is quite slow (even ignoring the four times faster SA-1 CPU) but yes, you don't need to use SA-1 anymore for this beautiful background.
Now that I have the SNES code ready, I will upload the Parallax Toolkit to the UberASM section
this weekend. Once accepted, I will also submit the graphics (just without the code) to the Graphics section
