I want to remove mario from the tittle screen (aka level C7) i tried se stuff saw on similar thread such as triying to place tiles above him with priority on but they didn't workes, y also tried to installing a level uberasm that remove mario but it said i needed to expand rom to 1 meg even when its expanded to 2 tho, help is very appreciated

My layout looks ulgy
It's very simple, just move him out of the sight of the screen (i.e. the very top of the level). You may also want to apply this hex edit to disable the movement and make the "movie" not loop.

The base level that i used for c7 seems like had camera movement toggled on because i already tried that and the camera just moves to his position

Well, then turn off vertical scrolling

In #lm{MARIO69}, set Layer 1 (FG) Vertical Scrolling to "No Vertical Scroll".

i did this but the camera just starts at mario position, I need to lock the camera, is it possible?

Once you have that set, go into the entrance settings #lm{1door} and change the values under "Layer 1,2 (FG,BG) Initial Position". To start the camera at the bottom of the level, uncheck the "relative to player" option and set the FG/BG position to C0.
