I will be blunt: I am rejecting this update because of the whole "Water Tileset Parakoopa" shenanigan you came upon. You see, the water variant, even though it uses Palette E and uses your alternative tileset... it would still spawn a regular Giant Koopa with palette D... and having garbled graphics (assuming you set the sprite to spawn accordingly). This is not the desired result you wished for, I guess.
If I were to accept this update, you would have to at least warned the user that, if they were to use the water variant, they would necessarily have to create an edited Giant Koopa variant using the correct palette and tiles. You either do this or just do not include the water variant as it is now, and this can be accepted.
