This is a cloud which will disappear in a puff of smoke when spinjumped. It also plays a SFX.
This conversion is wrong again - You're still putting |!addr on the end of direct page addresses ($7D here), and it's causing the code to not work correctly. On SA-1, Mario can spinjump the block even if he has upwards speed, which is not what this block intended.
In the last rejection log I told you to thoroughly test resources on the formats it claims to support, and it seems you're not doing this. Please listen to these comments, follow the advice, and make the necessary corrections in future submissions.
