I tried this one and nope, switch blocks have their functions disabled in Ghost Houses but also (ironically) Switch Palace 1 (of course, it shares the same tileset with Ghost Houses but still).
In order to still use them in Ghost Houses, you can either disable that behaviour (be warned that you have to use Map16 tiles which act like tile 0x130 with that method) or use a combination of
custom question mark blocks (which can be set to act like yellow exclamation mark blocks) and
custom objects (doesn't look pretty in Lunar Magic but it gets the job done).
