This pack has a set of on/off blocks, you'll need to insert them with GPS. If you don't know how to use GPS heres a tutorial. The graphics aren't included and will need to be animated with ExAnimation, in case you don't know how that works either here's another tutorial. You can find some GFX for the blocks in the "SMW Graphics" tab, or make your own.
