Since I'm so unoriginal I thought I'd try spinning an old idea on it's head. I guess call it a tribute to some of my own older works with a hint of S.N.N.'s Crystarp Hollow from the last contest. Really, I'm just covering all my bases before people call me out
It's on the hard side. Some people had trouble with it while testing it, so hopefully the judges aren't too harsh at it. Enjoy the ride!

Oh hey, it's vanilla O2! Very spiky, nasty, evil guy. The approach to the fight is wild, with quick maneuvering and few chances.
The use of the messages as action prompts for fast-coming insta-kills actually has a neat characteristic: the level plays to me like a comic book reads, which is very entertaining on its own. It does feel like it escalates in danger, varies up each setup quite well, and the surge in coins give the relieving impression of getting close to the end. I like that the level is very short to compensate for its difficulty and doesn't try to outlive its potential. Things get quite intense when Yoshi starts sliding everywhere.
Despite all this, you ripped off Cheese Bridge Area's secret exit method a total of 7 times in the main level by sacrificing Yoshi completely for progress, Gnarly by using arrow signs in the spawn screen, Yoshi's Island 2 by having more than one Yoshi in the level, Donut Secret House by throwing blocks at Big Boo, and I am sure there are many other things here that are ripoffs but damn man you're like the Jesse James of SMW at this point. And if stealing ideas from SMW wasn't enough, here you go appropriating the SMB3 airship flamethrowers! I have never seen such thievery in my life! 10/10 true bandit brother
Just look above you... If it's something that can be stopped, then just try to stop it!
