All obsolete blocks are logged and archived here from now on.
File Name: ? Block
Added:
Authors: JackTheSpades, Jagfillit, Roy
Act As: 129
Includes GFX: No
Description: Two blocks that generate a sprite when hit from below or with a cape. One generates a normal sprite, the other generates a custom sprite.
Screenshots:
Rejected because they are superseeded by Question Mark Blocks which are more customisable and less janky.

File Name: Door
Added:
Authors: Maxx
Act As: 25
Includes GFX: No
Description: A door in a -simple!- .ASM format. Note that this block doesn't take in account whether the player is airborne or not, nor does it check the powerup of the player, or whether he's riding on Yoshi.
Screenshots:
Superseeded by the more accurate Hyper Door Collection and Doors.

File Name: Teleport On Button Press
Added:
Authors: ShadowDragon121
Act As: 25
Includes GFX: No
Description: Teleports the player when you press A or B, though any button can be used. I disabled the door sound when you go in a door. Might be good for cutscenes. Don't forget to read the readme!
Screenshots:
Obsoleted by Teleport Pack (especially because the pack's teleport_button.asm does the same with its default settings).

File Name: Reverse Switch Color Blocks
Added:
Authors: Iceguy
Act As: 25
Includes GFX: No
Description: Blocks that are only passable if the color Switches have been pushed. The graphics of the blocks don't change though.
Screenshots:
These blocks can be recreated by Switch Pack if you set the flag to any of the switch flags (which are mentioned in a comment inside the blocks).

Furthermore, more accurate inverted !-blocks (which doesn't require ExAnimations, for example) can be inserted with ObjecTool (even if it's more difficult to insert than one with GPS). A basic object:
Code
LDA #$6A	; $6A for green, $6B for yellow, $6C for blue, $6D for red
	STA $0C
LDA $1F27|!addr	; $1F27 for green, $1F28 for yellow, $1F29 for blue, $1F2A for red
	EOR #$01
	STA $0D
	LDX #$00
