Sometime back in August, I started doing a lot of art on my phone and computer practically every day. I've posted some of it in the #showoff channel on Discord, but I might as well put it here so you all can see what I'm doing now that I pretty much don't hack SMW anymore.

ROUND 1 - TRANSFORMERS
The art spree didn't start with these, but, given how much I love them, it was only a matter of time before I started doing them.


G1 MEGATRON
The original Big Bad of the Transformers was my first piece of art as part of this almost 2-month-long spree.


G1 OPTIMUS PRIME
How can I do Megatron without doing his arch-nemesis? Autobots, ROLL OUT!


G1 BUMBLEBEE
This isn't Michael Bay's Mute Muscle Car Bumblebee. This is the original little VW Bug Buddy.


BEAST WARS CHEETOR
Beast Wars was the show that got me into Transformers, and Cheetor was my favorite character. We were both teenagers at the time.


PRIME MEGATRON
He's all hopped up on Dark Energon and ready to raise an army of the undead. Yes, Transformers can become zombies.


DASHLANE
This is one of my fancharacters. Yes, he is named after the internet security/password management app. I just thought that name would be cool for a Transformer.


ROBOTS IN DISGUISE 2015 FIXIT
He's so cute. I just had to draw him.


G1 GALVATRON
Megatron reborn with more power and less sanity


ARMADA HOT SHOT
This guy was pretty much the Kid Appeal Character of Armada. Apparently, some fans hate him. I didn't.


G1 KUP
Yep, he smokes cigars...at least in the IDW comics. It's apparently a reference to World War II-era cigar-chomping sergeants.


GOBOTS LEADER-1
GoBots were once rivals of the Transformers, but have since been absorbed into their multiverse.


ONE SHALL STAND. ONE SHALL FALL.
It's a classic quote from the 1986 movie's Optimus vs. Megatron fight, and it's been referenced in several future battles between the two.

Judging by that smile, I'd say he's plotting to overthrow Megatron again.

This was a lot harder to do than I expected, mostly because I was going for a pose.


ANIMATED OPTIMUS PRIME
He was an interesting change of pace from the usual depiction of Optimus Prime, being an underdog captain of a maintenance crew rather than a seasoned veteran. You get to watch him grow into his role as a hero throughout the show.


ANIMATED RAPIDO
This isn't an official character in Animated, but he is based on one from Generation 2.


ARMADA CYCLONUS
You know that guy who only joined the army because it meant he got to shoot stuff? That's Cyclonus in a nutshell.

These are all super neat! I know nothing about Transformers but that doesn't really matter to be able to appreciate these. You said these were done on a phone and computer, I'm impressed. I can really only do paper pencil drawing and any digital art I've tried has turned out pretty poorly.

He's pretty much the Sonic the Hedgehog of the Autobots, so much so that I wrote my fanon incarnation's personality based on Sonic's. That kinda seems to be the way modern incarnations are going. It makes sense.

G1 PERCEPTOR EXAMINES A CHAOS EMERALD
"Fascinating! This crystal is emitting incalculable quantities of esoteric energy."
I got this idea from a friend's Tweet of a photo of Wheeljack holding a Chaos Emerald. He captioned it with Jackie talking about using it to power his latest invention. Wheeljack and Perceptor are both bots of science, so yeah.

He might be shooting Autobots, but, judging by that smirk, he might be shooting Megatron in the back.


WINDBLADE
I didn't base this on any one incarnation, but every incarnation shares various design cues, such as fans on her wings, a geisha-inspired head, and a red, black, and teal color scheme.


DASHLANE FULL-BODY
Here's that OC again. He transforms into my mother's favorite classic car, a 1955 Thunderbird.


MY OPTIMUS PRIME
This is my take on the leader of the Autobots. It's based on a Hot Wheels/Matchbox-scale semi I've had for years.


MY PRIME UNMASKED
In keeping with the trend started by the live-action movies, my Optimus only has his faceplate on when in battle. Don't worry. Cybertronians can't get COVID.


SKYBOLT
This is my main Transformers OC. He's an artificial Transformer built on Earth by humans (unless the RP I'm using him in forbids that).


SKYBOLT - ALT MODE
I originally planned for him to transform into a Predator drone, but decided instead to make him a fictitious UAV that's a cross between a Predator and an F-15. It better suits his Seeker-esque transformation scheme.


SMILING SKYBOLT
Skybolt, being artificial, is still figuring out emotions, so smiles are rare for him. When he does smile, it lights up his face.


ANGRY SKYBOLT
Sometimes, strong emotions can completely overpower Skybolt. Kill a close friend of his, and prepare to see this face.

All of these are super neat! I really like your art style. It's difficult to explain, but you manage to make your art feel simplistic on one hand and yet super shiny on the other hand. The characters really pop out. I'd say your art fills that niche of simultaneously having both child-like qualities, as well as feeling kinda professional.

GENERATION 2 FIRECRACKER
This guy is from the first wave of Generation 2 Go-Bots, toys that turned into Hot Wheels/Matchbox-scale vehicles. The toy doesn't have the "firecracker" decals I gave this version, nor is his chest/car hood as detailed. Heck, the toy can't even pull off that pose.

ROUND 3.5 - JRPG ART


ARK
Terranigma is one my favorite SNES games that America never got. I still find it kinda strange that Europe got it at a time when they tended to get shafted on RPGs.

Trials of Mana would be my favorite SNES game that America never got if not for Collection of Mana finally bringing it stateside almost a quarter of a century later. Took ya long enough, Square-Enix!

This is based on a Discord DM RP I've been doing with a friend from one of the many Transformers servers I'm on. What was originally intended to just be a Transformers Prime RP ended up crossing over into the SCP universe by having Miko Nakadai, one of the show's main humans, be revealed to be an escaped SCP half human/half demon. Yeah, the RP goes to some random places like that.
