Description:	Cheep-Cheep will turn around just before it leaves the water. It will not flutter on the surface of the water. It can also be used in combination with Sine Wave. It is not compatible with moving water in layer 2.

This patch fails when cheep-cheeps are in 4 tile water body, they will flutter or leave it after some time as demonstrated below:
