This is a really simple patch that removes the "MARIO START" screen.

As per Patch submissions guideline 2, Patches that consist exclusively of simple hex edits must be of sufficient functional depth. This single hex edit only modifies 2 bytes, and is in fact already submitted in the ROM Map.
