Referring to the "hit block" animation, or the regular rotating question mark animation?
For the latter, you can abuse a trick with
ExAnimation. All ExAnimation slots run at 7.5fps (one update every 8 frames), but each slot is offset by one frame (so e.g. slot 0 updates on frame 0, 8, 16, etc., while slot 4 updates on frames 4, 12, 20, etc.). If you
stack multiple ExAnimations on top of each other, you can abuse that fact to double the frame rate up to 15fps, by putting every even frame on slot 0 and the every odd on slot 4 (you can also double it again up to 30 or even 60fps using the other slots as well).
Although the question mark block is a global animation, the same trick can be applied to it if you just figure out what frame it animates on (alternatively you can disable global animations through
and just re-set up the ? block animation using normal ExAnimation).
