Do you want to change some of the original ending's enemy sprite data without fuss? This should be the patch for the job, Included is a oversight fix reguarding palette and tile data in the original enemy ending data.

I'm rejecting this because this update is kind of pointless: the original patch already works on SA-1 roms. In fact, the whole "conv_defines" file you added is useless, since no defines are used (besides !bank which is unnecessary for where you used it, and it doesn't make sense to put it in base $0000) besides maybe the sa1rom/lorom command (but then the patch uses "header : lorom" later in the code so even this is pointless). Also, you removed the original readme file which explained how the tables formatting work, which is necessary for something like this.
Finally, the update doesn't address any of the possible improvements pointed out by the previous moderator, which would be better to include in a proper remoderation.
