I've been whittling away at these tilesets, though by the time they get uploaded to the site they'll be polished up considerably more. But in the meantime here are the earlier drafts of them, and a quick assemblage to get the gist of how they'd look.
Unfortunately, I won't get to nearly as many as the request thread in the last C3 - no hard feelings if I pass over any of you, honest.

A candy themed tileset with candy canes as trees + cupcakes/donuts
Candy! Though also a lot of smores, whose candy adjacency is hopefully adequate.

The outer portion of an oriental themed pagoda tower. So like, Mario would be climbing this tower in a vertical level, or hopping and jumping between towers in a horizontal level. As for decorations, lamps and windows are about all thats truly needed.
Pagoda! I'll go even further beyond lamps and windows and bring this into a truly unnecessary level of décor.
I'd love to see a tileset based on Dökkálfheimr (or Svartalfheim, as it's based off of) in Fire Emblem Heroes. Feel free to draw inspiration from the regular or forest variant of these battle backgrounds.
Come help save Super Mario World Central Production 2 here!
This one is a rougher draft than the rest, but lemme know if this is sufficiently fluffy.
That is fantastic! I like how there's just a hint of 3D but not too much to clash with third-party tilesets, and it looks like the "dirt" portion is more than just a single color too, both of which go a long way in making it look interesting. (as expected of you, of course)
And yeah, it's very round and bubbly indeed! Loving the little sphere shapes. It's almost more like soap bubbles than clouds, though maybe that's just a palette thing.
Thanks for all the work you're doing; really nice of you!
These look really wonderful so far! I don't know if you're still taking ideas considering how many have been suggested, but I think we could really use some more futuristic/neon city foreground tilesets. I scoured the site back during CLDC looking for something like that but had no luck, leading to me cobbling together something I was happy with from normal city tiles and careful paletting. Basically, something that might go well with the existing Studiopolis Zone background we already have on the site would be awesome.
Hoi, quick update - the 2 tilesets drafts a day I was uploading before reeeally isn't going to happen during this workweek, so I'd like to announce a bit of a change in plan.
If you feel that the tilesets made so far are satisfactory, then go ahead and make a suggestion and I'll release every single request made in this thread during the Summer C3. I'll still work and post drafts when I can now (at a slower rate), but everyone will be attended to in due time.
Yeah, I bit off a bit more than I could chew this time
It's fine, take your time. Don't rush your quality tilesets. I'm expecting the pagoda one and the stranded ship one. The drafts already look amazing, so, I'm curious to see how the final version of those will look.
A classical Grass Tileset with flowers and trees (Preferably animated) as well as hills with eyes, grass clumps (Preferably animated, 3D depth),bushes(Preferably animated 3D depth), powerups in the ground, some form of wildlife (ie Butterflies, decorational fish, birds.) and colorful pipes.
Can come in either summer or spring look.
If you get the space, you can also do brownish platforms and bridges, as well as animated water tiles. Cartoony clouds and vines, rocks and dry ground would be nice to add too.
Good luck with your other requests!
Lots of love, S1Z2
Since my request can be done anytime, (I don't need this tileset right now but I'm gonna need it in the future) You can do my tileset next C3.
This stuff can be tiring I know, relax a little and do the tilesets at your own pace.
I can't imagine this C3 won't be open for too long, so I'll at least get a couple more tileset drafts in! Everyone will get their due, so don't you worry.

I'm curious to see if you are capable of doing a library tileset filled with books and other tomes.

How about a tileset based on the White Palace from Hollow Knight?
These two I'm really looking forward to completing in particular! Hollow Knight graphics at this resolution are an especially pointed challenge, so not even I'm sure how the final result will come out.
