I do things in Famitracker as well. Been getting into chiptune a bit more and more, and I'd like to show some of them to you.

Crazy Dance
A weird tune I composed in Famitracker, intended for people in the dancefloor that really want to headbop to the extreme. Uses VRC6.

Fortress 2 Blue - Welcome to Skull's Hell
A rock-hard banger from Fortress 2 Blue. Uses VRC6, FDS, and one N163 channel.

Terra Diver (Sokyugurentai) - Above Ota City
That one tune known in the SMW custom level Cool or Cruel - Gnarly. Uses VRC6 and MMC5.

Kururin Paradise - Neo Land
It's a dancey melodic banger! Uses VRC6 and MMC5.

Kururin Paradise - Park Land (Night)
A lovely song with lovely chord changes. Uses VRC7, which is a frequency modulation-based expansion chip instead of simple wave output.
Nice tracks you have here! Crazy Dance and Park Land are definitely my favorites. They work real well with the setups you have here, and they sound as if little compromise was taken with the conversions. Good job! :)

Thank you so much #tb{:j}
Wow! Nice work here dude!
I love seeing the NES adaptations for Welcome to Skull's Hell and Above Ota City, which give me major worldpeace vibes, since he also did a port for that Skull's Hell song once.

Also really cool to see Neo Land too. I once found an unsampled and sampled versions of the song from a Japanese SMW port collection I believe.

Ohhhh I used to try myself at Famitracker back in year 2017! But my stuff wasn't that good and I let it go.

my impressions as I was listening:

Crazy dance: oh man, I'm loving how this builds. Reminded me of something... Ohhhh there is a lot of de-tuning here, indeed it is weird but those arpeggios are lovely tbh! The softer parts is cool and tense. Kinda like being in some sort of helicopter mission.

Welcome to skull's hell: not fan of the intro but man the main melody has all the good stuff :o :o completely mad and intense; probabbly my fav so far.

Above Ota City: the instruments in the beginning sound a bit harsh, but then when the synth comes to soothe it all on top it becomes okay. It certainly is a lovely song. I'm loving how the bass goes!

Neo Land: Lovely work, it sounds a bit Japanese. Very good setting of the samples and pitch bends here.

Park Land: The square-like sample from the main melody sounds a bit harsh to be but overall I love this song. I may be biased since I have heard it so much in SMW romhacks!

Well done buddy!

These sound really fantastic o: You got some nice bangers here. I think I like Park Land the most, those vibes are really really good!
Thanks everyone 😊
I really like the Terra Diver track.

Have you ever thought about making an NES album and putting it on a real cart. I've seen lots of music people do this recently.
These are all so great and crisp and clean, but I'm very biased towards Neo Land since I absolutely love that song, and your cover does it such great justice. The instrumentation is on point, and I love how you managed to recreate that sparkly sound in the lead. The pitch bends in the intro, the pulsating that kicks after a few repetitions, the square wave backing for the chorus. It's all so pretty!

I have no intentions of making a cartridge album. But still, making an album of my Famitracker tunes? Sounds interesting... but I'm not as fascinated with making an album as much as the usual things I like to do.

I'm actually thinking about doing a FamiTracker album soon, so I'd be happy to share it!

Also great job Brick!
Neo Land is my favourite of the bunch, an absolute banger, but all are amazing really. Great job brickblock!

I absolutely adore the crunchy sound on display here! Famitracker ports/compositions are always great for that reason. I will say, though, my favorite song here is probably the one you composed - that might be simply because I love that sort of "techno ambient" music, but I think it really fits the instruments well. Good work #ab{:)}
