Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

@Segment1Zone2: About my hack, I plan to fix all my hack's inconsistencies in graphics. Thanks for pointing them out.

About the Iggy Boss, Major Flare (the creator of the sprite) lend me a hand to modify his boss and was really happy I was going to use it in my entry.

About what Akutarex said, it's the same as the intro level, but with more informality, translates to something like: "Some nasty penguins stole my coins, I was going to buy the new Disgaea game. Go finish them off." The main difficulty of translating is mantaining the original meaning, so some jokes can get lost in translation. #smrpg{ohno}

I didn't find a proper way to translate the speech to English, so I left in Brazilian Portuguese. "Mizerao" is how Akutarex, a friend of mine, calls someone who is mischievous.
DAY THREE

Now, let's move to the main attraction of day three. Initially, I was planning showcasing only my most ambition tileset rip, but this time, I'll not do that. I'll do something EVEN BETTER. I'll showcase too some extra rips I made last year, I hope you enjoy it, but first, the big star of the show.

Castlevania: Simphony of the Night - Long Library Entrance

Yeah, that's right, this is another rip of Playstation One, and this time, it's a very gorgeous tileset. The one you see when you entry the Long Library from SOTN. Now, would be nice if we had the music, but anyway, I'm unsure if I'm going to release this graphic in the Graphic Section, since it eats five palettes and a half of palette 6.

I did my best to 1:1 it, with very minimal color loss. Below there is the map 16 of the rip.

The main ground and lamp are layer 1, while the rest of the decorations are layer 2, so I recommend use it with level mode 01 and BG Scroll: Constant, Constant. You may be wondering? "Anorak, how do I use this fancy tileset?"

Here is a video of a level that I made with this tileset. Here you can have a ideia of how to use, hopefully. Try to experiment with it, having fun. But remember, it only works in level modes with layer 2.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE!

Now, let's look at some other rips, shall we?

Castlevania: Rondo of Blood - Throne Room

A very simple rip of the Throne Room from Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. The throne and all the stuff are background, while the gray blocks and bat adornments are foreground. Very basic tileset, simple to use, but I hope you enjoy it, anyway. Perfect for boss arenas.

Ganbare Goemon 2 (Super Famicom) - Impenetrable Road

A simple rip from one of my favorite Ganbare Goemon games. This one is similar to the background of Log Bridge Road, but has the distinction of having the Mt. Fuji in the background. This is the only stage in the game to have this distinction, so far. Includes new HDMA and some clouds.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE!

Ganbare Goemon 2 (Super Famicom) - Virtual Hell

This hellish landscape is found in the secret level of Ganbare Goemon 2, where you have tons of references to youkais, Castlevania and a vibe similar to Ghost n Goblins. The sky and mountains use parallaxing to make this simulated hell even more menacing. Uses only one BG slot.

Check this video if you are unsure of how to make the parallax effect for this background.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE!

Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius - Edo (Cookie Area)

This background is a variant of the Temple variant that is hosted in the site. It has this nice well adorned lady in the background. Very simple background, but I like it, anyway. I call it Cookie Area, because this background only appears in one area of the Edo Stage where the player has to destroy cookies to proceed.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE!

The Legend of the Mystical Ninja - Ryukyu Palace (Underwater Tunnel)

This gorgeous background appears near the end of the game, when Goemon and Ebisumaru falls in a trap, and ends in a submarine / underwater tunnel beneath the castle. The original game uses HDMA Wave effect in this background. Great fit for aquatic levels.

DOWNLOAD IT HERE!

And, that's all I have for day three. All of the rips, with the exception of the Long Library, will be available soon in the Graphics Section. I hope you enjoy using them. :O
Pretty good stuff there, Anorakun, these graphics you've ripped are very neat, my favorite one is the "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - Long Library Entrance".

--------------------

Neat graphics you got there buddy! It's impressive that you manage to rip that SOTN FG 1:1, great job!

Just some Ys fan lol
Quickly gave a look to the graphic part of this thread and I find that library atmos outstanding. The demo level video was appreciated too, and indeed it does look fancy! Thanks a bunch.

Thanks for the feedback, qantuum.#smrpg{:3}

Now, for the last day. While I didn't make some insane rips, I saved some great content to be shared there. First thing, is some upgraded maps of my hack. My friend, Mr. M.S., gave them new life and soul. Let's take a look.

OVERWORLD MAPS

MAIN MAP

This is the Archipelago of Confusion. It makes every poor traveler getting lost, due it's confusing navigation. There we have mysterious cliffs, a soccer / baseball stadium in a desert, icebergs, a library, aquatic ruins, underground ship docks that lead to the Underworld, The Worldwar Industries and a switch palace.

MT. MUTSU

It's a very high mountain. Almost all the levels are japanese-themed. There we have haunted bamboo fields, dangerous bridge roads, a crazy bizarre town, a Kabuki castle, one calm village and a cold mountainroad.

THE UNDERWORLD

One of the most mysterious locations. This place has a great presence of evil energy. There, Aeron will find, tons of crystal caverns, a haunted forest filled with sinisters and abandoned castle courtyards, a diabolic clock tower and a stranded spaceship.

And now, for my last set of rips. Instead of foregrounds and backgrounds, this time I'll be sharing some neat sprites made by No Body the Dragon and ripped by me, and most of them, I edited some colors to be even more nicer. Shall we take a look?

SPRITE RIPS

KITSUNE KOOPA AND RACCOON GOOMBA

Goombas and koopas are now replaced with raccoons and kitsunes. It includes super koopa variants, parachute version of the raccoon, net climbing kitsunes and special world version of kitsune.

If you don't like the vanilla colors, you can always edit them for some more pleasant looking palettes, like I did in my Kochobo Dourado 2 third level.

Some examples above.

SHOGUN DRY BONES AND BONY BEETLE

Dry bones and bony beetles based in shogun / samurai armors. I made some edits for the sprite look a bit better. The shuriken, I tweaked the colors to look nice. Uses vanilla palette.

SHIELD KNIGHT

Brave shield knights that replace Mega Moles. I had to edit this one because it was way too monochromatic. I used the blue vanilla palette to add a bit of shiny look to the shields and added some red eyes so they look menacing. Like I said, it uses vanilla palette.

RACING MOUSE

These funny looking mouse in karts are replacement for the monty moles. I added extra colors for the same reason of the Mega Mole. Uses vanilla palette.

SAMURAI CHUCK

These neat samurai chucks were used in my Kochobo level, as well, along with the kitsune koopas, raccoon goombas and shogun dry bones. This one uses custom palette. Also, I didn't rip the poses for pitching, throwing, projectile-based and etc chuck variants. It can be only used with the multiplying chuck, the clappin' chuck, chargin' chuck and the one that jumps towards the player.

DOWNLOAD ALL THESE SPRITES IN THIS MEGA PACKAGE!

And that's all for today. I have no plans of making one post-C3 content stuff like I did last time. I'm EXTREMELY TIRED, I didn't sleep so well these last days, so please understand. The sprites, will be in the Graphics Section in a near future. Cheers and have a nice C3, everyone!
These overworlds look really cool, Mr. M.S. did a great job improving them, i specially like the mountain map. As for the sprite rips, they look pretty nice and work well with the vanilla sprites.
My Hack - Beta Testing
The maps look a lot better! The palettes are gorgeous, and the improvements on the terrain in general make them look more natural. About the sprites, they are very cute, and someone needs to tell Mario to move otherwise the Samurai Chuck will pierce him. like Sephiroth
I like what you have done with the Worldmap in your hack, especially digging the colour palette.
Wow the overworld is much better now, the palettes are amazing. About the sprite rips, they are really good and match well with the SMW style.

Just some Ys fan lol
I remember seeing bits and pieces of this I like the idea too of each level having their own unique gimmick

You are challenged by Champion Daisy!

LAYOUT FOOTER:
you are very good at level charts and on your map congratulations, good luck in your hack
I'm just now looking over the updates of the past 3 days and missed quite a lot apparently

Firstly props to MS for the OW revamps, he brought a brand new look to them and they're now way more immersive. Your tileset and sprite rips are also high quality as you'd normally expect from you.

Finally, glad to see your KDMH levels being released in here aswell! I know the effort you put into them and it was sure worth it.

"What is a man" cutscene in SMW when???

Those are some HOT rips, Anorakun! You're the greatest graphics ripper evah!!
Reporting for you for this year’s E3. Catch it on 6:00 PM PHT.
And so the Courier who had cheated death in the cemetery outside Goodsprings cheated death once again, and the Mojave wasteland was forever changed.
“Even if you personally are so dissatisfied with life that you want the world to end, surely the cruel reality is that it will continue on, unchanging. All the better for someone perfectly content, like me.”
Aya Shameimaru, Touhou Suzunaan ~ Forbidden Scrollery
I told you this in DMs but I would be down to help rip NO_BODY's stuff from his huge spritesheet, with you. He gave me patches with everything already ripped, but I think they got rejected from the site for some reason (can't remember what). Basically he told me that the actual process of making them SMWC-submittable would be a huge pain and didn't want to go through it.

But they're so good!

Sounds like a good plan, but I plan to do it, once I finish some levels. Some of them I won't share just yet. But yeah, eventually, launching some of them slowly can work wonders. No Body the Dragon is such an underrated artist. I only saw few people using his sprites, so far.
While I promised not making any new content for C3, I had some brainstorming yesterday, and decided to go even further to polish my third Kochobo level: Frigid Garden Panic.

Here are some visual changes I made to it:

Removed the ceiling of some parts so you can appreciate better the background.

Here's another change. I changed the 1-up to an extra pack from Ganbare Goemon series. Extra packs grant extra lifes in the original games. I heard that these extra packs are actually something like an extra payment for actors in Japan, but don't quote on me that.

Changed the piranha plant graphics to look more menacing.

Changed the coins too, so they fit with the japanese vibe of my level.

And that's it. I guess.

DOWNLOAD MY THIRD UPDATED KOCHOBO ENTRY HERE!

Thank you all for this amazing C3. #smrpg{:3}
Ah yes, remember when I said that I did not had time to draw my shinobi OC? Well, after some days relaxing, I managed to practice a bit my drawing skills and I drew Natsumi in a summer outfit. Here in Brazil, it's summer time, so nothing more appropriate than a swimsuit.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my C3. That's all.#smrpg{:3}
