SMWCentral's Time Capsule - Winter 2021

In the same spirit as Von Fahrenheit, I think I'll submit a gif that will keep meaning a lot to me. (It's the closest I might ever come to creating a really dense swamp atmosphere in SMW, and the successful end to carrying the idea in my head for four years and kind of dreading to start making it.)

Ten (or even five) years sounds like a long time from now in which who-knows-what can happen, but in 2008 we were all speculating if SMWC would still exist in the far future of 2012, so fingers crossed.

I'm leaving here my first port ever submitted to the music section, which guess what, got rejected at first shot. Let's see how the disparity between my skill level back then and in 5 or 10 years is gonna look like lol

This is a super cool idea. I just have half-finished projects and scraps lying around though, so I thought I'd go the "important to me" route like a few others.

WTF Kevin, that port is amazing for a first port!!

I'm going to leave this thing I made some time ago. That's my very first attempt at porting something to SMW, it's a song from a really crappy and obscure Mickey game on the NES. I'm curious to see how much my porting (and music in general) skills will evolve in 5-10 years, so here it is!
