SMB3 Brick Doesn't Change into Coin After P-Switch is Pressed

I'm using these SMB3 Brick Blocks, and while they work fine, the brick block graphic doesn't change into the coin graphic after hitting the P-Switch. The brick block does act like a coin after the switch is pressed, however. According to the readme included with the block, you need to use ExAnimation in order to make the coin graphic show up properly; but I'm not sure on how that works, aside from needing to use the POW Trigger.

The brick block is inserted at 46D, and it is set to act as block 132. The image below shows everything in the ExAnimation slot that I've edited. Ignore the destination I put, as that was just used to make sure the animation for the coin actually worked.

Uh, the number of frames for the brick block and coin should be the same. The first four frames will run when the P-Switch is off, and the last four will run when it's on. If the brick block graphic is stationary, you should put 4 instances of the same stationary frame in the first four slots.
